Well known Muslim Cleric situated in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana Sheik Anas Taufik has advised Muslim men to quit wedding more spouses when they have not had befitting abode for their first wife and her kids saying it is causing long haul issue in Muslim homes in Ghana.
As per him, Muslim men rush to add more spouses without
first pondering the welfare of the principal wife, uncovering that occasionally
a man, his better half and 5 children can be remaining in a single room or a
chamber and hall self-contain however when the man brings in cash, rather than
overhauling their way of life, will rather proceed to lease another single
space to wed a subsequent wife.
This, Sheik Anas said is unsatisfactory and runs against the
lessons of Islam's prophet Mohammed(S.A.W).
