The leader of the Tinjaaniya Council of Ghana, Sheikh Abulfaid Ahmed Maikano has stated in a video without equivocation that he doesn't want to smoke any peace pipe with anyone.
According to him, he only asked questions about the position of the National Chief Imam and his followers got beaten during 'Hailala' by some people purported to be supporters of the National Chief Imam Sheikh Dr. Osman Nuhu Sharubutu.
Sheikh Abulfaid disclosed this on the pulpit at Masjid Abul Abass Ahmed Tijania Mosque in Madina last Friday 16th April 2021.
He said 'who ordained him as the National Chief Imam of Ghana and who is his deputy? There is history to everything and I am not just saying anything, I have conducted my investigations and came out with the findings that, there is no National Chief Imam in Ghana'.

Khaleefa the son of the late Sheikh Maikano reiterated his earlier position on the Chief imam that, that title does not exist adding 'If it exist, let the Chiefs come out to tell us when and how the Chief Imam came by that position'.
It will be recalled that, after the death of his brother, Ali Kalamul Faid, the Chief Imam, Sheikh Salis Shaban, and Shiekh Abdul Wadud, all sent delegation to Prang to commensurate with Khaleefa and the Jallo family.
This gesture made members of the Muslim community, especially the Tinjaaniya fraternity started calling for a truce or a ceased fire over a long-standing feud among the tinjaaniya fraternity.
