An Islamic Cleric and the leader of Darul Hadith in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region Sheikh Anas Tawfiq Ibrahim Bakri has revealed in his preaching sighted by Zeelense.com that, Ahlussunna and Tijjaaniyaa sects don’t have anything in common.
According to him, both sects have different leaders, mosques and they even recite the Quran differently.
The Islamic cleric added, "Only hypocrite members of Ahlussunna fraternity engage in matters relating to Tijaniya people.
“What is your concern about the death of a Tijaniyaa fellow, is it your business? You said you are Ahlisunnah, what concern you with the death of a Tareeka hypocrite?” Sheikh Anas quizzed.
The Islamic cleric was reacting to adherent of Ahlussunna discussing the death of Shiekh Ali Kalamu, the son of late Sheikh Maikano Jallo of Prang.
The Islamic cleric, Shiekh Anass is noted for his radical ideas and stands. It could be recalled some years back he failed to rise for the head of State, His Excellency Nana Ado Dankwah Akufo-Addo when the latter visited the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
