Ashanti Regional President of Council of Zongo Chiefs, Chief Sarikin Mahamadu Musah has disclosed in an interview that, former President Johan Dramani Mahama must be blamed for the on-going tension amongst Chiefs in the region.
According to him in an interview with Hamza on Hijra TV, a Hausa onlinetv, the former President initiated this move way back before the 2016 general election when he visited the region and shared an amount of Gh¢50.00 notes to some Chiefs and left others.
‘We are as Chiefs are strong and united, but it is clear that the former President has a motive of dividing us’, Chief Mahamudu added
