The President of the Ahlisunna wal jama’a Sheikh Hajj Umar has shown dissatisfaction to the utterance from the Darulhadith Imam and Islamic Sheikh Anas Tawfiq on Justice Tanko-Amadu’s statement.This is during an interview with Mohammed Amin Lamptey.
He added: “the Words from Anas is uncalled-for and he should be put to order.The Ahlisunna wal jama’a is know to very obedient and respectful in its talks”
In expressing his opinion he stated that it is a surprise for Muslims to claim they only see HIJAB in the Holy Quran and Hadith.
Muslims should focus more on building schools,hospitals and also to learn a trade.
He said: “Many dignitaries have approached him on the issue of Hijab but decided not to back it and God forbid me to do that”
