The National Chief Imam of Ghana today held a virtual Eid - Fitr supplications are the studios of Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.
In participation is the President of the Republic of Ghana,Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo and the Vice President,Alhaji Dr.Mahmoud Bawumia and other Muslim pioneers in the nation.
The President’s in his address said: “Muslims have had to fast without the traditional iftar, tafsir, tarawih and tahajjud prayers. I know that this has been a very difficult sacrifice to make, since these activities, in the consciousness of all Muslims, cloak the month of Ramadan in sanctity and holiness. And, so, I salute all Muslims for these sacrifices that they have made for our collective good”.
