Sheikh Anas Tawfiq is a renowned scholar and the Imam of Darul Hadith Institute of Islamic Studies in Kumasi,Ashanti region of Ghana.
During his Ramadan lectures (Tafsiri) he assured the public of a press conference on the issue where he will counter the statement made by the Supreme Court Judge,Justice Tanko.
According to the sheik the statement is unacceptable and calls on all scholars to counter it.
He added: “We will pray to Allah to deal with you because he is the supreme God”
