The initiative of Darulhadith have congratulated Justice Tanko-Amadu on his appointment as the Justice in Supreme Court of Ghana.
They likewise complimented A.R Gomda of the Daily guide paper for retracting and apologizing for the false statement made against sheik Anas Tawfiq and his family.
They took it on their Facebook page to write:
“ Assalamu Alaykum brothers and sisters in Islam, here is to give thanks to Allaah Almighty, then to express our heart-felt gratitude and appreciation to you all for the show of love and support for Allaah's work. The kind words, good-will messages and solidarity expressed by you. Alhamdulillaah.
You have demonstrated your commitment to the support of Allaah's work, and we pray Allaah bless's you for that. As always said, in the presence of the truth, lies and falsehood have no space to survive, and no matter how long it takes, truth will always stand. Alhamdulillaah.
Second is to Congratulate the Veteran journalist, A. R Gomda of Daily Guide for redeeming his somewhat sinking image by doing the needful of retracting, and apologizing for the false publication made against Sheikh Anas Tawfiq Ibrahim Bakri and our late father Sheikh Tawfiq Ibrahim Bakri, and the entire Sunnah fraternity.
That should never repeat itself. We pray for Allaah's guidance on A. R Gomda and his future works. He has done the right thing. We have accepted his apologies, and he has been forgiven. Alhamdulillaah.
Final is to Congratulate our brother, Justice Amadu Tanko for making it to the highest court of the land, and we glorify Allaah for this. We pray for Allaah's protection and guidance on him, and we wish to assure him of our support when ever the need arise. We also hope and pray that all the advice and lessons learnt from this guide his future actions. Allaah knows best. Alhamdulillaah.
