The Ghana Police Service today fired the Ghana Law students embarking on a demonstration with water cannons to prevent them from presenting their petition to the Jubilee House.The Protest is as a result of the recent failure at the school of law enterance exams.
The students say its a delibrate attempt to restrict the number of lawyers in the country.
The umarmed protestors were reportedly shot with rubber bullets and some arrested. Warning shots were also fired as the students tried to match to the jubilee House.
The student protest turn fatal and so they ended up presenting their petition to the Canadian High Commission.
