The executive founder of E1T1 INITIATIVE Mr. Babz, has
sent congratulatory message to the group chairman and founder of Afro Arab
group Alhaji Abdul Salamu Amadu for the successful completion of ultramodern
sports center in Accra.
Speaking in an interview, Mr. Babz reiterates the
importance of the facility towards the development of tourism in Ghana and
believed that, the training programs at the sports center would no doubt
improve the physical wellbeing of the people within the community. Describing the Arena an inviting attraction,
called on Zongo entrepreneurs to emulate the shining but developmental example of
Alhaji Abdul Salamu Amadu.
The facility, located at the headquarters of Afro-Arab
at kokomlemle, has an underground changing rooms, electronic scoreboard, a
business center, floodlights and a special VIP seats for special guests, making
it a welcoming center for high profile functions.
The sports center, which is scheduled to be opened for
the public on Saturday, 28th of September 2019, at the Group headquarters in kokomlemle
would host dignitaries, media, sports personalities, diplomatic corps and the
general public.
As part of the humanitarian activities to mark the occasion,
would see the Arsenal-Nigeria football ace Nwanko Kanu embark on a community
health walk to create the awareness of heart disease in commemorating the world
heart day in Ghana. This is in partnership with the Korle-Bu Cardio Unit.
A curtain raiser of U-14 match between Books &
Boots Academy VRS Nima Angels would lock horns with each other and would be followed
by an All Stars evening soccer match.
