The Accra Children’s Book Festival (ACBF) is Ghana’s first children’s book festival dedicated to nurturing the next generation of global leaders. The ACBF brings books to life for book lovers of all ages from pre-school to teenagers. It is organised by the Accra International Book Festival – a non-profit charitable organisation established to foster a love of books, reading and writing among Ghanaians of all backgrounds and ages. The ACBF offers young bookworms the opportunity to interact with their favourite authors, learn writing and illustrating skills at workshop or take part in debates.
